The Building
A century of Main Street, brought up to date
821 South Main is one of the landmark commercial buildings on Kemmerer's historic Main Street. Dating to the early 1900s, it has served the town for more than a century — and in 2023 it was fully renovated and modernized inside while keeping the character of its storefront.
Today it offers roughly 4,000 square feet of bright, updated office space over two levels: open work areas, private offices, and conference space with natural light from restored windows and new skylights. It sits directly across from the original J.C. Penney “mother store,” the anchor of downtown Kemmerer.
